QUALITY ASSURANCE MEASURES

KENDOO TECHNOLOGY, INC. ( herein called KENDOO ) is one of the world largest generic battery and accessory manufacturers for the two-way radio industry. KENDOO applies the ISO-9000 type quality control process in its manufacturing of battery packs and accessory products.

KENDOO batteries meet all the specific requirements of the ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL and BATTERY CYCLE LIFE of EIA (Electronic Industries Association).

Special quality assurance measures are taken during manufacturing to ensure that:

·	Every cell has been stored for at least 28 days for screening before being assembled in the KENDOO battery pack.
·	Every KENDOO battery pack uses either ABS or PolyCarbonate PC as the plastic material for the case.
·	Every KENDOO battery pack is labeled inside with a production date code.
·	Every KENDOO battery pack is ultrasonically sealed.
·	Every KENDOO battery pack is fully tested electrically and mechanically before shipping.
