Minimum
Purchase: There is no minimum purchase with KENDOO Technology.

Pricing
Policy: Prices are in US Dollars, which are subject to
change without prior notice. |

Payment
Terms: All payments are to be made at time of purchase.
In North America, customer may choose to pay by CASH, CHECK,
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX. Outside of North America,
payment must be made by wire transfer.

Insurance Policy: Unless specific instructions are received, shipments will be made via UPS Ground with shipping and handling charges added to the invoice. Shipping of merchandise valued up to USD $100.00 is automatically insured by UPS. Customer will pay for shipping insurance for merchandise valued above USD $100.00.

Order
Cancellation/Re-stocking Fee: A re-stocking fee of USD $15.00
per invoice will be charged for return from incorrect order
placed by the customer. For purchase order invoiced and merchandise
being held for more than two weeks, a re-stocking fee of USD $15.00
per invoice will also be applied.

Returned
Check: For any bounced check, USD $30.00 will be charged/debited
to your account.

Return
Policy: KENDOO accepts returns on merchandise within
30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are
not refundable on returned items unless there was an error
on behalf of KENDOO. Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges back to KENDOO on returned items unless there was
an error on behalf of KENDOO.

Limited
Warranty: KENDOO Technology, Inc. (herein called KENDOO)
warrants each new product sold is free from material or workmanship
defects under normal consumer usage for a period of one year
(except for ear microphones, flashlights, and megaphones,
which have a warranty of 6 months) beginning on the date
of invoice from KENDOO or from an authorized KENDOO dealer.
This warranty is offered exclusively to the initial consumer
purchaser and is not transferable.
KENDOO shall have no obligation to repair or replace any
product resulting from: normal wear, catastrophe, negligence
of use (such as dropping), improper or unauthorized alterations,
repairs, or use of the product in any manner for which it
was not designated, or by causes external to the product.
This warranty is void if the product label is defaced altered
or removed. Repaired or replaced products are warranted
for the balance of the original warranty period. All replaced
parts or products become the property of KENDOO.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAIN HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, WITHER ESPRESSED OR IMPLIES OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
FOR ANY PRODUCT, WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE WARRANTY
SPECIFIED, THE SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL KENDOO TECHNOLOGY, INC. BE LIABLE TO THE
BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMERS FOR ANY DAMGES, INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES, OR THE LOSS
OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
